A Swift Midi manager boilerplate based on SwiftMidi

The SwiftMIDICenter framework adds some more system oriented features like storage and configurations management other the SwiftMIDI framework.

SwiftMIDI is a simple framework wrapping principal CoreMIDI functions, and adding few logic and definitions for common midi operations.
