The markdown parsing is broken/disabled for release notes. Sorry about that, I'm chasing the source of a crash that's been bringing this website down for the last couple of days.

- moved from kylef/Commander to own fork (lvsti/Commander) after waiting half a year in vain to have https://github.com/kylef/Commander/pull/75 merged
- used full path for new file references when patching projects
