The markdown parsing is broken/disabled for release notes. Sorry about that, I'm chasing the source of a crash that's been bringing this website down for the last couple of days.
Refactored the default header implementation. This is a breaking change.

Fix a bug with the incorrect underlying queue.
Make it possible to bypass the interceptor, when for example you want to refresh the tokens.
- Pass the retry count of the current request to the `Interceptor`.
- Configure the `networkServiceType` on the `Request`.
