Added support for Swift 5.4 & 5.5 when using Swift Project Manager
This is the first version of the Swift 5 implementation of MonthYearWheelPicker. It is starting at v1.0.0 for ease of use with Swift Package Manager. Previous versions aimed at older Swift versions can be downloaded from the Releases page.
