Fixed a bug related to double encoding array HTTPParameters. Cleaned up the Send method. All requests now also return the URLResponse along with the data. Added path support to clients, which combines with the request paths. Made the return value of a successful request non-optional. Added parameters to `send` method to make it much more robust. Added template classes for the basic (GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE) requests to eliminate boilerplate code on the consumer side. Added support for URL path parameters. First full release of APIClient. Available as a Swift Package.
