This release adds default parameter values to `Note.init`. This release upgrades dependencies to the latest versions. This version covers the entirety of the [x-callback-url 1.0 DRAFT, R3](http://x-callback-url.com/specifications/) spec for sending actions and receiving callbacks of existing x-callback-url APIs.
