The markdown parsing is broken/disabled for release notes. Sorry about that, I'm chasing the source of a crash that's been bringing this website down for the last couple of days.
Uses the updated [Runtime](https://github.com/wickwirew/Runtime) library by @wickwirew for Swift 5 KVC support. Seems to work just fine!

Use Swift 4.2 instead of Swift 4.1.
It can still be manually set to 4.1, but defaults to 4.2 now. No ABI, no version independence for reflection ;-)
