The markdown parsing is broken/disabled for release notes. Sorry about that, I'm chasing the source of a crash that's been bringing this website down for the last couple of days.
Fix some Xcode 14.3/Swift 5.8 warnings.
Use the latest Macro versions, which includes the latest SwiftNIO, which in turn requires Swift 5.5.2+.

This version ties SwiftBlocksUI to Swift 5.3. Earlier Linux compilers are just crashing around on SwiftBlocksUI even though no 5.3 features are actually required. Swift 5.3.1 seems to be good on either platform.
Other additions:
- add lots of Slack metadata to Logger's
- uses new typed Macro request environment keys
